Iconic international lifestyle brand Esprit has opened its first flagship store in Australia at Westfield Sydney. Located in one of Australia's busiest shopping precincts, the store will not only become Australia's flagship but will be a key store for Esprit internationally.
Its innovative design embraces Esprit's rich brand history dating back to 1968, in particular the Memphis design by Ettore Sotsass that featured in Esprit stores in its founding years. Designed by Sven Beine, of Esprit Architect Department, in conjunction with Schwizke & Partners, the Pitt Street Icon features innovative design elements.
Upon approach visitors will see the striking 14 metre wide, double-height facade featuring an in built 'wine rack' design made from tiger oak and LED light-strips that can be programmed to showcase an impressive light presentation.
Once inside, the futuristic shopping experience continues.
The store showcases Esprit's complete lifestyle offering - casual fashion for women and men, the recently launched Collection ranges and the well-known children's line, Bodywear and Accessories. Pitt Street Icon is the first Australian store to offer the new line of Esprit Collection for men.
